Wether your goal is to change the world or remain in your own, decisions need making. My mind is constantly adding new ideas and information to the mix and sometimes it’s hard to organize thoughts. I started to feel overwhelmed. Over thinking, over analyzing, over processing - I wasn’t being fair to any one idea or concept because I was too busy trying to work on each one. Then I had a good talk with a great friend of mine. He told me not to stop thinking and learning, but to decide which to tackle first.
DECIDE. DECIDE. DECIDE.
Sometimes things we know, but have yet to verbalize are much clearer when someone else verbalizes them for us. It’s not that we ourselves don’t understand what our issues are, it’s the feeling of a fresh outlook that helps decide how to tackle those issues. The power of decision is all we really have. Life is a series of choices and decisions that YOU have to make for yourself. So the next time you’re stuck, step back and choose. If it’s a plan, goal, dream, idea, etc - pick what, then pick how, then do it. Leaving your decisions unanswered will be more detrimental to you than anyone else.
